Autonomous Security Concierge Robot

MARK is an Autonomous Security Concierge Robot developed by We Are Perspective and CERTIS to enhance security and response capabilities within facilities as well as to provide timely concierge services to customers.

It is equipped with cutting edge sensors and Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms such as facial recognition, anomaly detection, voice recognition and digital wayfinding to enable it to detect, inspect and report security incidents, suspicious behavior and objects.

By deploying such robots on the ground, manpower required to support large events can be drastically reduced while maintaining round-the-clock vigilance and security presence.

Designed for Service

The design approach for MARK took inspirations from Singapore Airline Stewardess’s Balmain Sarong Kebaya. The custom-made attire is thought through making it an undeniably the pallbearers of hospitality in the aviation business.

MARK’s design language aims to evoke the same homeliness and familiarity from the Balmain Sarong Kebaya to make it more welcoming and approachable. To achieve that, we introduce a service apron form to make it more human-like.

CERT Team

The kangaroo storage pouch which contains both first aid kit and AED kit is designed to be seamless to prevent pilferage from the public. MARK’s secondary role is to provide these 2 kits to the CERT team should an accident occurs.

MARK is designed to meet the anthropometric and ergonomics data of all ages aiming to create a comfortable experience for the public.
